- • 3 × 90-minute live working sessions, scheduled at your pace (typically over 2 to 3 weeks).
- • Async support between sessions via shared doc or quick Loom videos.
- • A working AI tool or agent specific to your use case (could be a custom GPT, a Claude agent, an automation, depending on what fits).
- • A written run-guide so you (or a designated employee) can operate it without us.
Format
Roughly 10 to 12 hours of total engagement spread over 2 to 3 weeks.

- • The working tool, integrated where it needs to live (your existing systems, your team's workflow).
- • A 90-minute handoff session plus written documentation a non-technical employee can follow.
- • 30 days of bug-fix support after delivery.
- • Every build is sized so the investment is repaid by month 3 in time saved, revenue captured, or admin overhead eliminated.

Scope changes after kickoff, which are handled via change orders quoted separately so the original engagement stays clean. Hosting and infrastructure costs are pass-through to you (typically less than $30 per month for an SMB-scale tool, no markup).

After we ship, you can extend any Tier 3 custom build with a monthly maintenance retainer scoped to your tool. That covers ongoing bug fixes, small adjustments as your business evolves (new field, new report, new edge case), and basic monitoring so you don't first hear about a problem from a customer. We scope and quote it as part of your build proposal.

Pricing questions
Why don't you publish prices?
Because the right number depends entirely on your business and what we're building. A $5,000 build for one business might be a $25,000 build for another with bigger data or more integrations. We quote a fixed fee after we understand the actual scope, sized to the value the work will deliver. Transparent pricing trades off against accurate pricing; we picked accurate.
What kind of ROI should I expect?
Custom builds are sized to recoup your investment within 3 months. That comes from time saved (admin work eliminated, reports auto-generated), revenue captured (leads that don't fall through the cracks, follow-up that closes), or errors prevented (manual data entry that wasn't double-checked). What does the free systems audit actually cover?
30 minutes on video. We learn how your business currently runs, where the operator's time and money are going, and which workflows are bleeding the most. By the end of the call you have a ranked list of opportunities and a rough sense of what each would cost to build and save. No sales pitch.
How fast can we start?
Capability Sessions: typically 1 to 2 weeks lead time from audit call to kickoff. Custom Internal Tool: typically 2 to 4 weeks lead time depending on what's already on the calendar.
Can I add features mid-build?
Yes, via change order. Anything new gets quoted as a separate line item with its own timeline. That keeps the original engagement on schedule and on budget instead of quietly absorbing scope creep.
What about hosting and infrastructure costs?
Pass-through to you. We pick the cheapest option that meets the requirements (often less than $30 per month for an SMB-scale tool) and you pay the bill directly. We don't mark that up.
