Kunz & Co. ("we," "us") operates this website at kunznco.com. We take privacy seriously. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect when you visit or contact us, how we use it, who has access, and what your rights are.

What we collect

We only collect what is needed to operate the website and respond to people who reach out.

• Contact-form submissions. When you fill out the contact form on our site, we collect your name, email address, and the message you write.
• Booking data. When you book a call through the embedded Google Calendar widget, Google receives the information you provide for that booking (name, email, the time slot you pick).
• Server telemetry. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs technical information when pages load. This includes IP address, browser, device, and the URL you visited.
• Aggregate usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get read and how visitors find this site. GA4 sets pseudonymous cookies (`_ga` and similar) and records page paths, session duration, referrer, and approximate location at the country or region level. We never send personal information (names, email addresses, etc.) to Google Analytics, and Google does not store full IP addresses.
• Behavior analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand where visitors click, scroll, and get stuck on the site. Clarity records aggregated session replays and heatmaps so we can improve the layout and copy. The contact form, the booking widget, and email-address links are masked in every recording so the values you type and the addresses on screen never leave your browser as plain text. Clarity sets cookies and local-storage entries to keep a session continuous across pages.

Both GA4 and Clarity are loaded through Google Tag Manager, which is a script loader operated by Google. We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting, or cross-site behavioral tracking on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to inquiries you send us through the contact form.
• To confirm and run the calls you book with us.
• To keep the site running (Vercel) and deliver email reliably (Resend).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We do not use your information to build a profile of you or to market unrelated products.

Who has access

The team at Kunz & Co. has access to information you send us. We also rely on a small number of vetted service providers to run the site and the messages between us:

• Vercel, for hosting and serving the website.
• Resend, for delivering contact-form emails to our inbox.
• Google (Calendar, Tag Manager, and Analytics), for the booking widget embedded on our contact section, for loading our analytics scripts (Tag Manager), and for the aggregate-usage analytics described above. All three are processed by Google under their privacy policy. If you would prefer to opt out of Google Analytics, you can install Google's official opt-out browser add-on or use a browser with built-in tracking protection.
• Microsoft (Clarity), for the behavior-analytics session replays and heatmaps described above. Clarity is processed by Microsoft under its privacy statement. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we respect it and downgrade ad-related signals to denied automatically. You can also opt out at the Microsoft privacy dashboard or use a browser with built-in tracking protection.

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy commitments and processes data only on our behalf.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Google Analytics sets pseudonymous cookies (such as `_ga`) on first visit so it can recognize returning sessions and measure how the site gets used. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies and local-storage entries to keep a behavior-analytics session continuous as you move between pages. Our hosting provider may set short-lived technical cookies to keep the site running. We do not use cookies to track your behavior across other sites, and we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have on file about you.
• Correct anything we have on file that is wrong.
• Delete the information we have on file.

Changes to this policy

When we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged here for at least 30 days before they take effect.
