Phase 01Audit

The audit is one half-hour conversation. We walk through how the business currently runs, where the operator's time is going, which processes are duplicated across tools, and which numbers leadership doesn't trust. By the end you have a clear map of the operational leaks, a rough estimate of the dollar value of plugging them, and a recommendation for which to tackle first. No commitment to keep working with us. Phase 02Build
Days to weeks
Build is where we ship the system that fixes the leak we agreed to fix. We design fast, ship the first working version within a week or two, and iterate weekly with you in the loop. No three-month enterprise sprint. No final hand-off where the system collects dust because nobody on your team can change it. By the end of build, the system is live in your environment, your team is trained on it, and we have weekly metrics in place to see whether it's actually doing what we said it would.

Phase 03Optimize
Ongoing
Optimize is the ongoing relationship after the initial build is live. We measure how the system is actually performing against the outcomes we promised, refine the parts that are underperforming, and look for the next system worth building. Operations should compound: each system you ship should make the next one easier and the business more capable. We don't bill hourly, we don't run vague retainer hours; we agree on quarterly outcomes and make sure they happen.
