A growing recruiting firm with eight billable recruiters needed to track billable hours, contractor commissions, tax filing, and weekly payroll without hiring an admin to do it. We built the system that does it for them.
Thorough Group's recruiters were billing the work, but the back-office overhead (commission calculations across multiple structures, weekly payroll runs, contractor 1099 tracking, monthly tax obligations) was eating $2,000 a month in admin support. Worse, half the data lived in spreadsheets that didn't talk to each other, so reconciliation was manual every Friday.
Single-source dashboard tracking active recruiters, billable hours per recruiter, commission structures (different per role), and contractor placements. Automated weekly payroll runs against the recorded hours, generated payroll reports for the bookkeeper, and produced quarterly tax-ready summaries. Recruiters log hours; the system does the math.
