A growing home services business needed leads, not impressions. We built profit-first paid acquisition with lead-management automation that scaled the pipeline without scaling the cost per booked job.

The problem

Divine Shine had a quality service and good reviews, but lead volume was flat. Their previous attempts at paid ads optimized for impressions and clicks, not booked jobs. Cost per acquisition was creeping up while close rate stayed flat. Every new lead required manual follow-up, and most went cold within twenty-four hours.

What we built

Built a lead-management system that captured every inbound (web, ads, calls, referrals) into one queue, auto-routed to the right operator, and triggered timed follow-ups based on lead source and intent signals. On the acquisition side, restructured paid campaigns around ROAS and CAC, killed the channels leaking spend, and doubled down on the ones converting at target margin.

Outcomes

  • Lead flow increased 10x
  • 15x return on ad spend, sustained over six months
  • Lead-to-booked-job time dropped from 36 hours to under 4
  • Zero leads dropped between intake and follow-up
