The problem

LifeBridge's principal had become the bottleneck for routine admin: weekly attendance summaries, monthly parent reports, board-meeting prep, compliance check-ins. Each one was small on its own; all together they added up to a part-time job inside a full-time one. Time meant for educational leadership was being spent on data entry.

What we built

Automated attendance tracking and weekly parent communications. Pre-formatted board reports pull live from the attendance and curriculum systems. Compliance tracking nudges the right person before due dates instead of after. The principal's dashboard shows what needs attention and what is running on schedule.

Outcomes
